1. Artisanal Nature of Goods
Heart & Embers produces hand-finished, unique items. By placing an order, you acknowledge that we use a variety of curated materials. Variations in grain, texture, and colour are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
2. Bespoke Commissions
For bespoke projects, work begins only after the "Vision" has been discussed and a formal quote accepted. Once production (crafting) has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Production Times & Refunds
We aim to complete all work quickly. However, due to the artisanal nature of our production, timelines provided are estimates.
If Heart & Embers has not commenced production work on your order within 30 days of the purchase date, we will offer you the choice between a full refund or a continued wait with a revised estimate.
4. Payment & Pricing
Full payment is required at the time of order for catalog items and accepted bespoke quotes. All prices are in GBP (£). We reserve the right to adjust pricing for bespoke work if the project scope changes significantly during the discussion phase.
5. Governing Law
These terms and any work undertaken by Heart & Embers are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
