How we get our hand-finished pieces to you, and how to ensure they last a lifetime.
Delivery Policy
Every Heart & Embers piece is produced and finished by hand in our studio. We aim to dispatch ready-made items within 3-5 business days.
Custom & Bespoke Lead Times:
Due to the intensive nature of our crafting and hand-finishing process, custom orders typically take 14-21 days to complete. However, during busy periods or for complex commissions, this may be longer. We will keep you updated via your private Ember Board.
Care Instructions
Avoid placing hand-finished items in direct, prolonged sunlight or immediately next to radiators. Extreme heat can cause materials to warp or finishes to dry prematurely.
Dust with a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use chemical sprays or aerosol polishes. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth followed immediately by a dry one is best.
Depending on your home's environment, we recommend applying a high-quality wax or appropriate treatment every 6-12 months to maintain the depth and protection of the piece.
Our pieces can be delicate. Please handle them with care, preferably at the edges, and avoid direct contact with engraved or intricate surfaces to prevent natural oils from affecting the surface over time.
